ASP Administration
The common objectives of the ASP Administration Team are:
- to make ASP administration as effective as possible
- to facilitate research activities
- to get the job done within the framework of the central administration (identifying ways to work with the rules and regulations of our partner institutions)
Activities / Responsibilities
- to identify interactive administrative problems on a larger scale and find solutions
- to be available for researchers and other staff, advising on administrative procedures (e.g. purchasing, invoicing, travelling)
- to identify practical solutions to sharing costs between institutions
- to ensure effective communication flow, e.g. by monthly video conference meetings
- to coordinate closely with other ASP teams
- to identify solutions to the sharing of facilities, labs, boats, accommodation etc.
