Important concerning video conferences: 

• The meeting arranger should always state clearly in the meeting invitation, which specific virtual meeting room is going to be used for the meeting. 
• Meeting participants should always test their video conference or Skype connection at least 5-10 minutes prior to any meeting start. Test that both camera, michrophone and speaker is working. Much valuable time is wasted due to technical start up problems!
