My 2014 field campaign began on the first of March, with the arrival of myself, colleagues Dr. C.J. Mundy, Aurelie Delaforge and Wen Xu in Cambridge Bay, Nunavut. We were welcomed to the community by -50C and our first, but certainly not last, snowstorm of the spring. Our goal was to make a number of time series measurements over our 3-week stay on the biology and contaminants associated with the sea ice.  Read more...
