Researchers from the Greenland Institute of Natural Resources and Aarhus University has just published a scientific article dealing with variation in incidence, mortality and growth of blue mussel, Mytilus edulis, in the tidal zone in the Godthaabsfjord. The study is part of a multi-year research project which intends to describe and explain changes in animal and plant communities in the tidal zone from sub- to high-Arctic on the west coast of Greenland.
