The objectives of the ASP Operations Team are:

• to support ASP science activities
• to ensure efficient use of logistical resources
• to ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time

Activities / Responsibilities

• to maintain an operation specific calendar on the ASP website
• to provide overview of equipment inventories, e.g. by merging existing equipment databases
• to collect timely information about project operations, e.g. by being involved in proposal development
• to maintain close group communication, e.g. by bi-weekly video conferences and annual meetings
• to ensure shipping on time, e.g. by communication of deadlines to scientists and through closely team-coordination
• to provide knowledge about lab infrastructure, e.g. by lists of lab equipment pr. centre
